We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery (60 days for Christmas orders). Follow the steps below. It only takes a minute and you’ll receive a label link by email.

Login to your account

Go to account.bigmensclothing.com.au and sign in with the email used at checkout.

Open your order & tap “Return Request”

Choose the order you’re returning and select Return Request.

Select the items

If your order has multiple items, tick the ones you’re sending back.

Request Return & check your email

You’ll receive shipping instructions and a return label. Once we receive your item(s), we’ll process your refund.

Store Credit – FREE

Choose Return for Credit we refund your shipping label cost.

Refund – You pay shipping

Choose Return for Refund and purchase the label.

No exchanges

Need a different size? Return for credit and place a new order.

Returns Policy (At a Glance)

Eligibility & Timeframes
  • Return within 30 days of receiving your order (extended to 60 days over Christmas).
  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and in original packaging.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable (e.g., underwear, clearance) aren’t eligible, unless faulty.
Postage & Label Options
  • Store Credit: we refund your shipping label cost.
  • Refund: customer pays return shipping.
  • Use the Australia Post label we provide..
Responsibility & Processing
  • Items are your responsibility until received by us; pack securely and retain tracking numbers.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection. Refunds can take up to 7-10 days to appear back in your account and are issued to the original payment method.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
