How to Process a Return
Simple and Easy

Step 1: Download Your Returns Form
DOWNLOAD your Returns Form from the link in the Shipment Comfirmation Email you received when the order was shipped. Package up the items you are returning and include this form.

Step 2: Print Your Label
Go to our RETURNS PORTAL and print your label at home or at any Australia Post outlet or selected retailer location close to you.
Returns Rules
To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the order. During the Christmas season we extend this to 60 days.
2. Item(s) must not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase. For example underwear and very heavily discounted clearance items are not returnable
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, and are unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

Do I have to use Australia Post?
No. You can send the goods back any way you like as long as you keep a tracking record. We only take responsibility for the goods once they are recieved at our warehouse. You can send the goods to:

Are there any exclusions from the returns policy?
Due to hygiene standards/requirements, some items are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty, for example underwear. If an item is not eligible for return, it will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout.
Can I return Sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items unless the product is marked as "Final sale" or “Non-Returnable” (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the product page and/or at the checkout.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item(s) and request a store credit and place a new order.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
