TIPS:

- Use our big men's videos (below) to show you how to get the right measurement.
- Keep the tape measure straight and parallel with the floor at all times.
- Ask somebody to help you to ensure an accurate measurement.
- Record your measurements in centimetres (CMs), as this is the unit of measure used by most brands today.
